By creating an account or using SuperQuacks, you agree to what's below. It's written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you agree to it, not after.

YOUR ACCOUNT

One account.
You're responsible for it.

EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account.
AccuracyThe email you register with should be one you actually control. Founder-tier ranking is based on real signup order, and impersonating someone else's inbox to claim a rank is a violation of these terms.
SecurityKeep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
One person, one accountAccounts are for individual use, not shared logins across a team or resold access.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Billed through RevenueCat.
Cancel any time.

Payment processorPaid tiers are billed through RevenueCat and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Founder offerLifetime free access granted under the founding-100 offer applies to the tier and account it was granted to, and isn't transferable to another account.
CancellationYou can cancel any time from your account. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
Price changesIf pricing changes for existing subscribers, we'll say so with reasonable notice before it takes effect.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't abuse it.
We'll cut off access.

No scrapingAutomated bulk extraction of model data outside of any access we explicitly grant (like a future API) isn't allowed.
No resaleYou can't resell or redistribute signals or evidence as your own product.
No abuseAttempting to break rate limits, bypass the honeypot, or otherwise interfere with the service is grounds for suspension.
TerminationWe can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

Provided as is.

No uptime guaranteeSuperQuacks is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that any model's future results will resemble its past ones.
Limitation of liabilityTo the extent allowed by law, SuperQuacks is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, or decisions you make based on anything shown here.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where SuperQuacks is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.

These terms can change as the product does. Material changes get posted here with an updated date, and continuing to use SuperQuacks after a change means you accept the new version.
