What we collect.

This page describes exactly what SuperQuacks stores about you, why, and what it never does. No filler about taking your privacy seriously. Just the actual list.
WHAT WE COLLECT
The account data
that runs the product.
- Email addressUsed to identify your account and sign you in. Nothing else.
- PasswordHashed with bcrypt before it ever touches the database. We cannot see or recover your actual password, and neither can anyone who gets access to the database.
- Model picks and watchlistWhich models and pairs you follow, so we know what to show you when you sign in.
- Contact form messagesYour email, the topic you picked, and the message itself, stored so we can reply to you.
- IP addressLogged only to rate-limit signup abuse and catch bots hitting the signup form. Not used for marketing and not tied to your account activity.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
No trackers.
No ad network.
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Mixpanel, no ad network script anywhere on this site. We built it that way on purpose, not because a cookie banner told us to. We also never sell or rent your data to anyone, for any reason.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
BILLING
RevenueCat handles
your card, not us.
- Payment processingSubscriptions are billed through RevenueCat. SuperQuacks never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number.
- What we seeOnly your subscription tier and status, so the app knows what to show you.
COOKIES
One cookie.
It keeps you signed in.
- Session cookieA single httpOnly, secure cookie that proves you're signed in. It expires after 7 days. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no cross-site cookies.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask, and we delete it.
No automated flow yet.
- Access or exportMessage us through the contact page and we'll send you everything tied to your account.
- DeletionSame route. Ask and we delete your account and the data tied to it, kept only as long as required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.
- Under 18SuperQuacks is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
